Our Fulfillment team is very particular about stains or marks on the towels, so even if there is a small mark on it, the towel gets rejected. There is no way we can throw away the towels so we were not sure what to do with them until someone told us that they are more than happy to use them if they get them at a discount!
So here we are with the ugly towel sale, you should expect either a small mark or a little bit of embroidery that has gone wrong. And since it's an ugly sale, we will not be accepting returns!

- The choice of colors will be a mystery
- You should expect some amount of damage to the product, a mark or an embroidery gone wrong
- The Standard packaging wont apply, we will be giving it just the boxes,
