 Standard order shipping

Standard order are usually shipped out within 48 hours from the time of order. If you placed an order during the weekends it may take another 24 hours to ship out your order.

Customized order shipping

If you have selected to embroider your towel, it takes us 2 days to complete the embroidery. Due to the time it takes for us to complete the embroidery, customized order will be shipped out within 96 hours from the time of order. If you placed an order during the weekends it may take another 24 hours to ship out your order. Also please note that the time for to complete your embroidery may vary on the number of towels and personalization in your order.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
